OWNER AND CLUB MANAGER
Bec brings nearly a decade of specialised experience in High Altitude training. With a lifelong background in competitive athletics, including gymnastics, figure skating, rowing, and trail running, she has competed at an elite level, qualifying for the Indoor Rowing World Championships and previously holding a 10km Ski world record.
When she is not coaching, Bec trains alongside our members on the field of green. Her foundational coaching philosophy centers on optimising athletic performance, promoting proper movement mechanics, preventing injury, and building long-term health and longevity.
She is passionate about helping individuals challenge their limits, achieve their personal goals, and unlock their full potential.
